Blogsoop features restaurant reviews by food bloggers.
At Blogsoop you can Search for Restaurants or you can Browse for Restaurants, using the navigation menu.
Search for Restaurants by Name, Cuisine, or Location. The Advanced Search option allows you to define multiple search criteria.
Browsing for Restaurants allows you to navigate through all the restaurants based on location or cuisine.
By default, restaurants are sorted by the number of blogger posts - those restaurants which are mentioned most in blogs will show up highest.
You can also sort restaurants based on the date of their most recent blogger review by selecting Search recently reviewed.
Search highest rated sorts by the average user rating of a restaurant.
Recently Discussed is a list of restaurants which users have recently left comments on.
Using the buttons above the list of found results you can re-sort: alphabetically, by price, rating or the number of reviews.
The right hand side of the site contains the restaurant information, user comments, and blogger reviews.
Anyone can rate a restaurant. You must register to submit a comment.
The blogger reviews include: the post title, author, date, summary text, as well as the number of images in the post (the Kodak icon). Click the title or the summary text to see the full review at the author’s website. Users can rate a post based on its helpfulness.
