This BlogSoop 7 comes courtesy of Jason Perlow - an Internet food icon of sorts. As co-founder of The eGullet Society for Culinary Arts he set the stage for many other community oriented messaging boards, including Mouthfuls and Chowhound.
In February 2006 he began his personal weblog, Off The Broiler. Of note are his podcasts - if Jason were to give up his career in technology, he could probably get a spot on NPR.
