I've been working right next door to this British pub and restaurant The Cat and Fiddle for the past 3 years and I haven't eat a meal there once. I've only been there for drinks as the idea of british pub food is not attractive to me ^^;; Last week I had to meet a friend there for lunch. I got the traditional British dish Shepherd's Pie: ground lamb and beef casserole with a whipped potato topping. It's generic one-note tasting.
