Trust in the Bart, Trust in the Sushi Sushi Echigo

Smooth and sweet with a hint of tang from the sliver of kelp atop the fish, these little delights were definitely one of the highlights of our Friday night dinner out at Sushi Echigo. We ordered a second round of salmon sushi because it was just that good. FULL REVIEW
