You might have noticed that I'm not a big beer drinker. I blame that on my own father. When I was five I asked him if beer was yummy. Sequels. Usually a thing that's hit or miss. Karate Kid. Police Academy. Die Hard. Van Dumb & Steven Segal movies... you either love them or you hate them. And a big can of worms is opened with various opinions. With all the talk over the last year about Father's Office opening a second location, the question isn't whether or not it'll be better than the Santa Monica location... the question is "when the f*ck is it actually opening?" 3229 Helms Ave Culver City, CA 90232 (310)815-9820 As for hours, until I know better go HERE I like to think I was on a sabbatical from writing on here until Sang Yoon was able to have everything aligned right to open the new location of Father's Office, which subsequently has been one of the most delayed AND most anticipated openings that we've been witness to in a long time in LA. Last night they opened and I was there on hand to witness the gloriousness of it all. As many of you know, the one thing that the original suffers from is lack of space. Father's Office is Open!

The second location for Father's Office officially opened Monday, April 21. They have the same menu as the first location, but they have a liquor license now so you can also get the hard stuff. The wine list was rather lacking. They only have about 6 Californian wines. Hopefully, they will add more, but they have a tremendous amount of beer on tap. This location is bigger and hipper than the Montana place and I think I even got a smile and a slight giggle out of the bar tender, while at the other location you're lucky if they make eye contact. They open at 5pm and when we left at 7:30 there was a line of people outside being let in slowly... FULL REVIEW

I had a good talk with a friend of mine who I meet with once a week at 5:45 in the morning to talk about everything. It's seriously one of the more productive times in the week that I have, as my life is filled to the brim each and every day. I rarely have a free moment and getting me to go to something often requires booking me in advance like you were booking Osteria Mozza..."Yeah I can fit you in...how's two weeks... FULL REVIEW

After hearing so many good and bad things about Father's Office, I finally went and tried it. The first myth that needs to be cleared up: There are NO substitutions, Modications, Alerations or Deletions. This is on their menu in bold letters. Which means FULL REVIEW
