Whenever I need a quick fix of sushi, I "Hide"... get it? Ok, so that was corny but Hide is my dealer of choice when I need some sake -- or a buttery, fatty salmon sushi.

Hide Sushi, Sawtelle

After the USC win over Cal last week, I worked up my appetite and was in the mood for some Hide Sushi. I ran to the ATM in anticipation of my meal, only to find that the restaurant was already closed at 9:30p on a Saturday night. I forgot that the small Japanese restaurant on Sawtelle (like so many others on this little strip of good eats on the westside) closes up shop pretty early. FULL REVIEW
