NO MO'... Catch-22 Waffles coming soon to Sawtelle?

With the summer heat sneaking up on us, cool and refreshing sweets are all the rage. On those warm days in LA, a medium-sized frozen Faux Pinkberry Yogurt with fresh fruit is the way to go. Light, healthy and just the right proportions, I opt for the three item, strawberry-blueberry-granola combo. And for really hot days, I would recommend something cooler and more refreshing - a shaved ice treat from local favorite, Catch-22 on Sawtelle. But alas, MS broke the horrible news. Catch-22 was gone. Without notice, our small hangout with our favorite shaved ice treats was no more. No more releasing books into the wild through... FULL REVIEW

Before it was Catch 22 with its creative vibe and walls made up of collaged pieces of wood mixed with modern illustrations from local artists, it was the small boba space of Cafe Paradiso and even before that, it was Relaxstation during my college heyday. FULL REVIEW
