Shinsengumi is my favorite ramen place in LA so far. Reasonable price. Good lunch specials. Extra noodles available. Best tea...was told a buckwheat tea? You get to choose how your ramen is prepared!! You choose hard, medium, or soft noodles,, light, medium, or strong base,, and light, medium, or heavy oil. I think it's the ginger they put in it that secures them the #1. Far drive for me, but I think there's another location in the valley somewhere?
