I'd worried that without roving steam carts the sense of discovery at a dim sum house just wouldn't be the same. But along with that sense of discovery can come the stress of getting the attention of the servers only to find they're pushing along yet another selection of chicken feet or various cartilagineous balls not meant for Western palates.

Finally tried this new dim sum restaurant~ The interior is very 'designed' ^^;; Their banquet dinner cost up to $1,800! O_O I ordered my usual must-haves to compare the quality. They're good but generally too light for my taste.

HK-style Dim Sum vs. Lunch off the Menu...Triumphal Palace
A new Dim Sum Chinese restaurant opened up in Alhambra not too long ago, and my best girlfriend DT wanted to check it out. To celebrate her past birthday and passing the Bar exam, we headed East on the 10 to try this upscale restaurant. North of the 10 off the Atlantic exit, we headed east on Main Street and stopped right before 5th.
