To Tip or Not to Tip? That is the Question.

Though I wrote a couple weeks ago about how nice it is to see people gathering at "The Stretch" on Franklin just south of our house, my instincts have been right all along. Strolling by is one thing. But otherwise, stay away. At least if you care about good food, and more importantly, halfway competent service. FULL REVIEW
