I *believe* this place is owned by the same people who own Dumpling House on Eldridge (it appears they have an identical menu). Anyway, 5 fried dumplings for $1.00 - a great deal. My only grumble - you can't order 5 boiled dumplings (which I prefer) - you've got to order 10 for $2.00. FULL REVIEW

Dumplings are among my favorite foods, and apparently the world agrees. From pelmeni to piergoies, to kartoffelklosse to kreplach, from pork buns to potstickers, so many cultures have their own versions of this filling appetizer. Determined to get just a taste of what’s out there, Vince and I devised the Dumpling World Tour, a jaunt across continents or at least across town. FULL REVIEW

I ate way too much today, and by that I mean I ate enough for at least two days. Or more. Or a hippo. Something like that. I don't even know what hippos eat but they bring to mind a lot of food. Hell, they have their own board game based on eating! FULL REVIEW
