My friend and I have often walked by Periyali on W. 20th Street, always on the way to somewhere else. Periyali has been a bastion of upscale Greek cuisine since 1987, long before it was fashionable. It’s one of those restaurants that flies under the radar — a place that can usually wait for another day. Last night, we decided to give it a try. FULL REVIEW

Periyali has been open about 15 years and their kitchen is still churning out good food. There are handful of Greek restaurants in NYC and Periyali is one of the top on the list. FULL REVIEW
