After a five-year run as the executive chef at One If By Land, Two if by Sea, chef Gary Volkov is gearing up to launch his own eatery, Prince Street Cafe. Veering off from the upscale dining scene, Volkov opens the doors to his casual eatery on Tuesday, September 4th. The airy, 60-seat space will host a front of the house, all-day cafe, furbished with two-toned green booths that line exposed brick walls.
