Many folks swear by 'em, but these hamburgers are too firm and dry for my taste. Dressed in this case with pickles, tomato, ketchup, and mustard, the standard burger ($4.29) is a double, perhaps in part because Five Guys presses their patties flat and cooks them well done. 1:15 and the Five Guys on 55th btw 5+6th seems to be at normal capacity. Only about 2 or 3 people on line, and 5-8 people waiting for their food. Has the craziness died down, or are Mondays just slow as everyone recovers from weekend eating and drinking? FULL REVIEW
