I went to Bolo this weekend with my wife. For my main, I had a hankering for the steak which came highly recommended by our server. It was cooked to order and nicely presented. The real star of the show was the tuna ceviche which came with a nice wasabe dressing. Bolo has a nice selection of cocktails as well.

The last piquillo pepper will be served on Dec. 31, to make way for the lobby of a new condominium. Bobby Flay and his partners hope to relocate the restaurant, perhaps with a new name. FULL REVIEW

According to Pete Wells, Bobby Flay's restaurant Bolo has to either move or close when its lease is up in 18 months. Bolo's building is apparently being torn down to make way for luxury condos. I think we need more... FULL REVIEW
