I have been going to Chill for a few years now - love the place. The decor is warm, the food is good (margherita pizza and crab cakes are recommended), the crowd is diverse and fun and lets not forget the BEST happy hour in NY . All drinks and food are half priced if you pay in cash - you are allowed to run a tab with a card and pay out in cash when you close the tab. Its the ONLY lounge in NYC (that I know of and correct me if I am wrong) that has TOP SHELF liquor included in their happy hour.
