The outside of Tom's looks the same as ever (see it in reruns, as the exterior to Monk's Diner on Seinfeld); the inside has put on a few airs (souvenir menus for sale), and breakfast is often a weighty affair. Here's a potato-egg-sausage combo and a meaty but somewhat dry... FULL REVIEW
