There is nothing quite like walking through the city on a snowy night. There is a silence that is so beautiful. We had dinner plans the night it snowed and there isn't any reason to cancel plans in New York due to weather. If the subways run or you can make the walk, why not. FULL REVIEW

This sleek little spot on Avenue C gets major snaps for its contemporary brand of Vietnamese fare. Drawing an eclectic crowd of stiletto-ed babes and overly coiffed men, as well as those without a care about fashion, Bao 111 is an alluring space, marked by amber lighting and wood banquettes littered with embroidered pillows. The menu is authentic Vietnamese, tweaked for a trendy New York palate.
