Hime is a Japanese lounge-uraunt. Trippy mixes play softy in the background as you mellow out with some off the hook fish. We started with konbu marinated halibut sashimi. It’s silvery sheen and read-the-newspaper-through-it translucence were heralds of good the sea flesh to come. Wasabi salt dotted each piece allowing us to bypass the shoyu and pluck it straight from it’s icy bed to our gullets. Simply fantastic. FULL REVIEW
