Hung Ky is one of those hidden find gems that survives entirely through word-of-mouth. It's a small and bright Vietnamese place in the Tenderloin and has a very limited menu--but what it offers, it does very well. Some of the items I'm about to mention are, according to madre, the best she's tasted outside of Vietnam. FULL REVIEW
