"Design Your Own" Salad This one had baby spinach, bacon, cucumber, sun-dried tomatoes, avocado, and grilled filet mignon in a blue cheese dressing. These salads are delicious and made with fresh organic ingredients. They are also expensive, so Alexis only gets it when it's being catered in at work and she doesn't have to pay. FULL REVIEW

Design Your Own Salad Baby spinach, cucumber, red onions, sunflower seeds, sun dried tomatos and grilled filet mignon with a mustard vinagrette. A fantastically delicious salad, but only when you aren't paying. FULL REVIEW

We've been walking by this modern looking financial district salad place for a few months now, and finally decided to give it a try. It is basically a made to order salad counter full of gourmet, organic salad ingredients. It was fresh, and the ingredients were interesting, but it was expensive for what it was. The clean, modern decor was a nice feature, though. FULL REVIEW

Mixt Greens is turning greens into green. Their FiDi salad counter has a non-stop line out the door throughout lunch. The customers are mostly feminine (not mesclun) in this ecologically conscious, eat-it-and-beat-it, health promoting, refueling station. FULL REVIEW
