Back for another visit to the CCA’s restaurant. This time, it was practically empty. The amuse bouche was a slice of pate en croute which had an undercooked, gummy feel to the pastry. The host came by to see how we were enjoying our meal and I asked how it was that students got customer response for their cooking. He said that there is a questionnaire at the end of the meal. The great thing about checking out Bistro 350 is that you can look at it as supporting next generation of chefs while saving a few bucks and there's a chance that you may actually get something tasty. FULL REVIEW
